The know-how

Always in the same guideline as offering you a stylish tie with quality silk handmade in the south of Italy! This time the process is a little different, since we are introducing standard measures to our collection.

Gentlemenclover ties are modern and entirely handmade in Italy, without lining and with a hand rolled hem giving them a sartorial spirit.

One 8.5 cm wide to have a predominant silk and one 150 cm long to suit any style. Whether you like the longer side or not!

Our 3-ply ties

Our three-ply ties are folded three times on themselves, without lining. This is the lightest variation because less material is used.

This handmade construction keeps the tie flowing, easy to handle and with which you will easily make beautiful knots.

This is a good solution if you choose a thicker material or for the Spring-Summer season.

The fabric

The best of both worlds

Wild silk is our most confidential silk. It is produced by silkworms that are not in controlled industrial environments: they therefore produce fibres of variable length, which allows for a more irregular fabric with a slightly streaked texture.

These streaks will only be visible to true lovers of elegance, who will appreciate its unique and imperfect rendering.

We wanted to use it within the ultra-fine weave that is silk grenadine to reconcile a material of character with an ultra-worked texture.

Our Shantung ties are a little thicker and are therefore only available in a 3-ply, unlined version.

Style and pattern tips

Like a classic striped tie

The interesting thing about Shantung silk is that the irregularities are difficult for beginners to notice, so it can look like a classic tie in a work environment, as long as the rest of your outfit is a little sober.

They are not white striped beasts either: they go in groups of three, so as to bring a touch of originality (but without overloading the piece).
